Trimela is a young workshop in Guangzhou. We design and produce custom bags, caps and everyday apparel for brands and distributors.
We prefer clear briefs, honest sampling, and production you can inspect before it ships.

What a brand order actually needs
- Flexible MOQ Short runs to open a style, then repeat orders when the collection lands.
- Sample from a brief A sketch or a reference photo is enough to start. You approve a piece you can hold.
- QC before packing Color, stitch and hardware are checked against the approved sample.
- Guangzhou export Packed in Panyu with notes that travel with the carton — not a forwarded RFQ.

Papers EU and US buyers put on the PO
A mill ticket for fabric does not cover hardware or print. We name the regulation, the article and the wearer, then attach mill copies and lab reports to that SKU — not a generic “we are certified” banner.

The sample matched bulk. Colour and stitch did not drift between the first carton and the repeat.
We needed a short run to open a tote colour, then the same fabric on the refill. The packing list actually travelled with the carton.
First reply in a working day, and they said no to a finish they could not stand behind. That saved us a sample week.

How a brand starts to look like itself
From a sketch or a reference photo to a wearable, shippable sample. Capacity is sized for short runs and repeat orders, not just one big drop.

- 02 Sample A piece you can hold, reject, or send to your customer.
- 03 Confirm Lock the approved sample. Bulk follows that piece, not the photo.
- 04 Inspect & ship Check finish, pack, and send from Panyu on an honest date.
